Exposition: In the exposition of the Incredibles, all superheroes have been forced into hiding. Mr. Incredible and Elastic Girl, who changed their names to Bob and Helen Parr, are trying to raise their kids Violet, Dash and Jack-Jack to live a "normal" life without using their superpowers.
Climax: In the climax of the movie, the Incredibles family fight Syndrome and save their city from destruction.
Falling Action: In the falling action, the Incredibles go home and find Jack-Jack kidnapped by Syndrome and Mr. Incredible and Elastic Girl save Jack-Jack and they finally can go back to living normally.
Resolution: In the resolution, the Parr family must still live in hiding but they continue to enjoy their lives, even with occasional villain, and live happily ever after.
